Once the design is complete, we present the final plans for your review, including renderings, layouts, and key details. This is your opportunity to see your vision fully realized and make any final adjustments before moving forward.
02Construction Begins
This is a truly enjoyable part of the home building process. From foundation to framing, we will keep you informed with regular updates, walkthroughs and progress photos.
03Selections & Finishes
This is where the fun begins! Our design team will present you with a variety of materials, finishes and fixtures - from flooring and cabinetry to lighting and appliances. We will guide you every step of the way.
04Builder Walkthrough
Our team walks through your home, reviewing each detail, making sure everything is perfect.
05Possession Day
The big day has arrived! Together, we’ll walk through every room to ensure every detail meets your expectations and answer any questions you may have.
